I recall last week’s talk about social media and how renewal is needed in our lives. Renewal can come in any form for us. It’s up to you to discover what that means for you. For me, it was a trip home to visit family and being invited to an art show.

I also discuss how important finding community is for its affirming quality. I talk about how I have discovered online meeting groups of artists and amazing people that play a vital role in boosting confidence. When you don’t have to fight to build (and sometimes even when you do), there’s power in going where you are celebrated.
